Partner, People Services
OVERVIEW
The Partner People Services position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated departments. The position formulates partnerships across the People Services function to deliver value-added full service offering to management and employees that reflects the business objectives and core values of the organization. The Partner People Services role maintains an effective level of business literacy about the department’s strategic objectives, workforce needs and overall performance.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources focused on resolving complex
employee relations issues and providing full support HR services to departments.
3. Previous success with recruiting top talent.
4. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRMSCP)
credential preferred.
