Applying for a Position


  • You can view open positions at STA on our career opportunities page.

  • Current employees can review the internal process via STA’s intranet.

  • In order to view jobs in the applicant system, a candidate must complete a candidate profile. Completing the profile is only the first step of the process and is not considered a complete job application.

  • All applicants (including volunteers) who are not actively employed with STA, will need to create a candidate profile and apply via the applicant portal.

  • STA no longer accepts resumes via email or in person. To be considered as an applicant for any position with STA, please complete your candidate profile and apply for your desired role in the applicant portal.

  • Yes, a resume is required to complete your candidate profile.

  • Yes, your application is a legal document and is required by man regulatory agencies. Candidates are required to submit all employment related positions (full-time, part-time, contract, and volunteer).

  • You will receive an email from People Services acknowledging that your application has been received. You may log into your candidate profile and check the status of your application at any time. If you experience technical difficulties while applying for a position, please contact the People Services Associate who is listed as the recruiter on that particular job opening.

  • Yes, you can submit an updated resume to your candidate profile at any time.

  • If needed, you are able to make changes to your candidate profile prior to apply to a new position. Once updated, your profile will be attached to the desired job requisition.

  • The list of vacancies are continuously updated and available on the career opportunities page. New positions are added as they become available and are removed once they have been filled.

  • All positions that appear are the website are still open. However, each posting may be at a different stage of the recruitment process. Job openings are not removed until they are filled.

  • Yes, you may apply to as many jobs as you’d like. You will need to submit your candidate profile to each job requisition.

 

Technical Issues


  • Select ‘Forgot Password’ on the candidate portal page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • If you already have a profile in our system, it is not necessary to create a new profile. If you no longer have access to the email connected to your profile, please email peopleservicesinbox@organ.org to update your information.
