Manager, Finance
OVERVIEW
Responsible for the financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting for the organization.
Job Requirements:
General Statement (Summary of duties & responsibilities:
Responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, investments and treasury management, business case modeling, forecasting and projections for the organization.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, masters or MBA preferred.
7-10 years of financial experience
2-4 years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting.
Ability to develop and evaluate business cases supported by financial models.
Strong analytical skills.
Investment/treasury management experience.
Able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills with deep understanding of model architecture, formula efficiency, pivot tables and macros.
Proficient with Power BI, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and able to effectively interact with various levels of the organization including executive leadership.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to cope with high levels of stress and able to handle a heavy workload when required.
Ability to travel in light and commercial aircraft or drive his/her personal auto to meet all job duties and responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions:
Gain insight, understand and evaluate the financial health and trajectory of the organization; make financial recommendations
Drive value within the organization through enhancement of financial results, including but not limited to, lowering costs and driving operational efficiencies.
Identify new metrics to drive organization performance relative to strategic priorities.
Perform budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning.
Build and maintain detailed and dynamic financial models to inform forecasts and support business cases.
Investment/treasury evaluation and prioritization.
Partner closely and regularly with business and support teams to track performance and exercise expenditure controls.
Promote a positive and professional image of STA.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Physical Environment/Working Conditions:
Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel in automobile in order to meet all the duties and responsibilities of the position. Is required to use his/her private auto for job related ground transportation.

The incumbent in this position has virtually no potential for occupational exposure.
Equipment/Machinery Used:
Telephone, copier, computer, calculator, and fax machine. Appropriate orientation to the equipment is provided
