Luke Kim

Director, Finance

Luke Kim serves as the Director of Finance for Southwest Transplant Alliance, where he oversees accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, and integration of finance systems. With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and empathetic leadership, he seeks to drive organizational success by enabling and motivating the finance team to serve as a trusted and valued partner to all of STA and its partners.

Before joining STA, Luke served as TX Market Controller at United Musculoskeletal Partners. In this capacity, he was the principal accounting resource for the Texas market and played a pivotal role in integrating previously independent medical practices into a unified systems platform. Before his tenure at United Musculoskeletal Partners, he served as Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Equity Transactions at Pacific Dental Services, where he oversaw consolidation, financial reporting, and equity accounting for over 1,000 dental clinics and 30 support entities nationwide. Luke began his career as a financial statement auditor specializing in nonprofit organizations, where he discovered his passion for working with organizations that change and save lives.

Luke is a licensed CPA and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University.
