Family of El Paso man killed in crash donates his organs, helps dozens

It’s a phone call that nobody wants to receive. “Saturday night is when we got the call that my father had been in an accident,” said Karla Lopez, daughter of Arturo Lopez. But the family is turning the tragic accident into a gift for others. “Right away we started the process of the organ donation,” said Karla Lopez.
