Amanda LeGrow

Director, Clinical Services

As Director of Clinical Services, Amanda LeGrow oversees STA’s Clinical Services Department and works cross-departmentally to create more opportunities for organ donation through streamlined referral management. In her role, Amanda champions donor suitability assessments, optimal donor management and organ allocation processes, and upholds best-in-class operating room conditions. 

Amanda brings a decade of healthcare experience to STA. A career that began as an operating room nurse at the Cataract & Laser Center, which eventually led her to leadership positions in the surgical sector, including at the Ophthalmology Surgery Center of Dallas and the North Central Surgical Center Hospital.  

Amanda received her Master of Science in Nursing Administration and Education and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is certified by the American Heart Association in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and also has her Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification through the Competency & Credentialing Institute.
