Cristina Solomon

Vice President, Clinical Services

Cristina Solomon is the Vice President of Clinical Services at Southwest Transplant Alliance.

In her role, Cristina conducts development, implementation and evaluation of the Organ and Tissue Recovery Services teams. She is responsible for organizational policy, procedure, protocol application, training and administrative duties, and oversees the recruitment, development and retention of Organ and Tissue Clinical Operations staff.

As vice president, Cristina serves as a visionary for the organization by inspiring success and accountability for results among all team members, while honoring STA’s core values and sensitivity to donors and their families. Throughout her time at STA, Cristina has overseen clinical operations teams across STA’s service areas leading referral review, donor management and recovery processes.

Cristina has over a decade of experience working with organ procurement organizations across the country. Her depth of expertise in cross-functional collaboration and leadership has had a profound impact on STA’s culture and productivity, all while continuing to advance STA’s mission of saving lives through the gift of organ donation.

Cristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan along with several certifications, including Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) and Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC).
