Roger Brooks is the Director of Training, Education and Development, at Southwest Transplant Alliance, where he works as a strategic partner with departmental leadership and employees to identify, design, implement, evaluate and champion programs, processes and systems necessary for successful adult learning. Through a systematic approach, Roger ensures that impactful and engaging training and education programs are aligned with organizational and departmental priorities.
Roger brings more than a decade of experience in the development of education and training programs for organizations.
Prior to joining STA, Roger was the Chief Operating Officer at Girl Power 2 Cure, Inc. and dedicated his time to raising awareness and providing education, support and funds for treatments and a cure for Rett Syndrome. He also served as the Executive Director of Training and Communications at Safeguard Business Systems. There, he was responsible for developing and executing strategic direction for each of the functions that supports revenue generation and managed both the internal and external communications activities.
Roger completed a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Johnson & Wales University.
